China's first 80km-per-hour series b-type stainless steel standard subway train, developed by CRRC Dalian Division, appears at the depot of Dalian metro Line 5 on April 28.

Metro Line 5 trains are composed of four moving trains and two tow trains, with a maximum operating speed of 80km/h. With the latest scientific research technologies such as the online detection system of vehicle carrying and running department and the online detection system of bow network, the coverage rate of "domestication" of vehicles is no less than 75%, reaching the international leading level of similar vehicles. Compared with conventional subway, dalian metro Line 5 vehicles have achieved "five major improvements".

First, security improvement. Compared with the traditional structure, the b-type stainless steel body of the electric bus of Dalian metro Line 5 is the first time in China to adopt the serialized Chinese standard subway contour, and the body strength is 25% higher than the standard requirement, greatly improving the safety performance of the bus.

Second, comfort improvement. The lamp in the car is controlled by intelligent system, with automatic dimming function, which automatically adjusts the luminosity according to the ambient light. The light is soft, and there is no glare or flicker that hinders vision.

Iii. Improvement of operability. The vehicle has the feature of integration of screen functions. Station display, station setting, station mode setting and other functions can be carried out on the display screen of train control and monitoring system, which is convenient for the operator to operate.

Four, intelligent improvement. The vehicle is equipped with online monitoring system of running department and online monitoring system of bow network, which is convenient for the staff to check the overall information of the vehicle remotely online, and further improve the intelligent driving.

Five, maintenance improvement. The vehicle equipment is highly integrated and modular, which can realize module replacement, convenient for maintenance personnel to replace equipment, greatly shorten the equipment maintenance time and improve maintenance efficiency.

It is reported that the train will be a series of maintenance, static and dynamic adjustment work.
